About Development Squads
St Austell Swimming Club is made up of different development squads. Each squad covers different levels of abilities.
When we look at squad placement we consider a variety of factors including technique, speed and fitness as well as a swimmers desire and attitude. By looking at this we ensure that each swimmer is placed in the best group.
