St Austell Swimming Club (also known as St Austell Sharks) is a long-established swimming club based at St Austell Leisure Centre.
We are a volunteer-run club that is supported by fantastic coaches and a team of volunteers who work towards providing and delivering high quality training and development programmes for competitive swimming.
Our aim is to create a positive learning environment for children and young adults to achieve their full potential. We have a friendly and family-orientated approach that enables and encourages swimmers to achieve their best.

4 Steps To Joining
Our Selection Process

Step 1
Contact us if you are interested in joining via our online form which can be accessed by clicking here.

Step 2
One of the team will then contact you to discuss taking part in a trial and request any additional information required.

Step 3
You will be invited to come and take part in a trial swim. Our coaches will assess your level in the pool and decide whether you are a fit for the club and which squad would suit you.
Step 4
You will then be contacted by us to let you know if we have space for you to join or whether you have been added to the waiting list. If required we will send you the joining information.
